Silly question, we know the answer is yes. How about a car I can basically guarantee you’ll be the only one of at 99.9% of shows? Still good? What if I told you it’s the same model as the car that won the first 12hrs of Sebring? (Thanks to BOP rules)
Now, what if I told you it’s for sale for only $5500!! I really want this, but don’t think I’d fit, and I’m 4-5years from being in a position to buy a toy.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
How am I so confident I won’t fit? Well, I’m tall and wide and here’s a picture of one with a vintage fridge for scale.

I really wish I’d asked the FarmOroad owner to let me take it for a spin around the parking lot. Would have been a hoot.

Any chance you stumbled onto that while looking for this?

The Crosley club occasionally does a get together in Cincy. Next time they do I’ll be there for sure.
I’d have to ask if he’s ever had it in a field to test the differential braking they have in the back.

Oddball is not a disqualifying trait , but it isnt a qualifying one either. CP says I.

It was shared on a vehicle for sale group I’m part of on Facebook.

Crosley s are just odd and adorable (oddorable?) all around . I’m particularly keen on their station wagons/ panel vans though
They’re all so high compared to their width, and those tires are about as thick as a frisbee, which is odd for an American manufacturer when big, long cars were coming with big, fat tires...

For what it is it’s probably a really good price depending on a close inspection.
I could only find two others for sale currently. The $32000 one is probably a museum quality restoration, but I doubt even that’s enough to fetch that price.
I look occasionally and driver quality cars are typically $8500-14000 depending on condition.

In my suddenly wealthy, weirdo garage there would be three Crosleys a truck, a Farm O Road, and either a Hotshot or Supersport. The last one I’d want to do some period hot rod work to. The engine was actually sold as a boat engine after Crosley quit building cars and they were offered in bigger displacement (bigger being very much a relative term) , you could get super chargers, and a Triumph 4-speed is supposedly a fairly easy swap to replace the three speed.

I love oddball cars! Crosleys are awesome, though super rare....I prefer the wagons, personally! :D

Saw my first Hotshot at a local car show six years ago. It was trailered to the show because it was not in running condition. It had a for sale sign on it, with a price that memory says $5k. I went home and started searching for information on these. The rabbit hole was deep, but somewhere along the way a discovered the Farm O Road. I have wants for that little work horse.

All great choices, though the Farm o road looks a bit like the lovechild of a Jeep Wrangler and a Volkswagen Thing

You could even get one with an itty bitty little dump bed. I want to take one into a field so I could try out the rear axle differential braking feature. Such a neat idea.

It was just such a cool idea they offered lots of accessories for them too. You could get it with a little bitty dump bed, they had a couple of different mowers, plows, and anything you could run off of the PTO too.

Saw a crosley wagon on Sat. It made the Sentra behind it look big.

That is actually kind of cool, it’s sort of like a “build what you need” truck. Configurable, and also adorable.
